Do any of you have a iPhone 4s that turns of when the battery percentage is around 7%? I have a white 4s and it has been doing this and I'm just wondering if anyone else has this happening too them and why it might it be doing this?

Sorry I can't help. Mine shuts down at 2%, but thats only happened once as I try to never allow my phone to get that low

I bet its not truly at 7%, or 2% for that matter.
I know many have said this before, but it bears worth mention again.

The batter percentage number is not exact. To give such blind faith to it being perfect is short of lunacy.

It might say 7%, but in truth its much less that that.

Now, if you're not able to allow yourself to turn off the percentage number because you cling to that I would suggest you calibrate your iPhone battery.

Use the iPhone until it it shuts OFF itself, due to Low Battery. Then Charge it back up without interruption, like unplugging it, to full charge 100%. Then before or after you do this, Reset iPhone, hold both home and power buttons until the iPhone restarts itself, ignore the "slide to power off slider", let the iPhone restart itself.

Mine runs down to 0%, however the last few percent last forever... Calibrating your battery will probably solve this :)

Mine's inconsistent. Sometimes it will last an hour at 1%, and sometimes it turns off within minutes of hitting 10. As much as I hate to admit it, my battery life seems a bit worse since jailbreaking

mine a little too, but I don't care since the pro's outweigh the cons

Mine does this too. Sometimes it will last for a while at 1% and then sometimes when I'm at 5% or so it will die. I try to calibrate it once every couple weeks so I don't think that's the problem.
