Does anyone have a Fitbit?

I've heard good things about the Fitbit and have been looking into buying one recently. I am curious if anyone on here has had one and can recommend it? I've read a few reviews online that were mostly positive but from websites I've never heard of. I don't want to spend $100 on this thing and not be happy with it.
