Does anyone have a Samsung SYNC phone?

When the phone is closed, is the small LCD supposed to light up and show its information when you press one of the buttons on the side? It did on my other samsung phone but it doesn't on this new sync

I thought you had to hold down the button while it was closed to get the front display to light up. That kinda sucked to me. I figure it's so it doesn't always go on while in a pocket or purse (save battery).

Ah, holding down the button made it light up, thank you very much. I was thinking the same thing regarding the battery life. I love this phone
