Does anyone have any intermittent issues w/ Messages from Images from an iphone?

It seems like the beta actually worked better (i can't understand it) but when I 'imessage' someone an image (since I do have them on my OSX message) but;

Message does not sync the images, but it does sync the texts properly. Odd. I can't seem to figure it out since its convenient to save/drag images that you sent to someone.

Images only sync randomly or they don't ever show up.

Thoughts if anyone else have seen this?

bumping this-

Message has been ridiculous recently. I randomly see "review" messages and its always a list of images w/ loading bars. It just makes sense that its attempting to sync from my ipad and iphone, but it doesn't work properly. And, I cannot send images to people through OSX imessage.

Does this to happen to anyone else?
