Does anyone have Verizon FiOS?! Help!

Hey y’all.

So I’m moving from the 13th floor of my building to the 19th floor on September 1st and just need to bring my router and cable box, but a rep via chat from Verizon said the next appointment is October 2!

Please tell me I can just move these 2 items myself and not wait for over a month....

I had to wait 3.5 weeks for FiOS installation last month. Granted, this was as a new customer.

You may want to call and ask Verizon about this though. If the building is wired for FiOS, see what they say. Chat may not have all of the informatio about your account and the building.

Thank you so much man. Luckily my building is wired for FiOS. I was able to speak with an escalation team this morning and it looks like my install date is going to be September 1! It all worked out haha.
