Does anyone know an App which visualizes audio?

I'm looking for a Mac App that can expand something like the picture attached. I'd like to see a visualized audio application or something, maybe something that goes into fullscreen mode or something, does anybody know an app like that?

iTunes has a visualizer. Click on view and move your mouse cursor down to where it says "visualizer" and there is a list of visualizers to choose from. Once you chosen your visualizer. Click on "Show Visualizer" or apple command + t on your keyboard.
