Does anyone know how to clear up disk space on JB iPhone?

I have over 2GB left on my phone, but it is still telling me that I am low on disk space and that I need to delete some photos or videos. Does anyone know how to resolve this?
 
Your root partition is full or you have less the 50Mb free on it. You'll have to remove some things.
