You might have trouble using it on 4.2.1 if that's the firmware that you're on. It's not supported, which sucks.

WOW, didnt know that! Im still JB on 4.0.1 and love typophone! I actually went through tonight and wrote down what cydia packages I had with the intentions of upgrading to 4.2.1 tomorrow. Glad I looked here! Has there been any mention of updating typophone??

I have 4.2.1 I just tried it after I saw this thread. its all working nothing wrong.. with it.

I'm on 4.2.1 and it didn't work for me... After my respiring the time "blinked" constanly. Couldn't quite figure out why... Liked the theme, but can't get it to work 100%... Any ideas?

You have to edit the background location as it changed in 4.2.1 as did a lot of stuff when it came to theming

Copied from the original source:

Change the following in style.css in the themes folder:

background-image:url('/private/var/mobile/Library/SpringBoard/LockBackground.jpg');

and change it to:

background-image:url('LockBackground.png');

Typophone 4 weather

I also try Typophone 4 weather but don't known how to change the location,any advice.

I dont see how any of that is necessary... I just downloaded the theme.. activated it.. and that was the end of story.. I downloaded the remove clock from lock screen thing so theres no overlap..

I didnt need to edit anything..oh wait.. what i got was the weather version.. so try that typophone4 weather.

You have to go to http://typophone.gmtaz.com/ and use iphone browser to change your location and such... I tried it for fun to see if it works and it works fine..the tricky part was getting the location code of that ******** website
