Does anyone know how to modify a ShapeShifter theme?

Hello, I have a very nice shape shifter theme that I ALMOST like except the buttons aren't "sunken". I am talking about the red, yellow, and green buttons in each window. If you know how to do this let me know and I will send you the file.

I think the latest SS allows a lot of customization from within the preferences pane. I think that the latest is 2.3.
