I have a friend over the internet that uses Feedreader MySQL and he configured it to use as a great youtube search utility. He saves all the search tags he wants to use, and he saves the filters he wants to use. Each search has its own folder and the newest videos are at the top of the window and are updated in real time as youtube updates the searches.
All the folders are on the left side of the screen. All the video matches are on the right side of the screen. All the usual info associated with the video is there ... user name, video name, etc. So this utility will search youtube for you based on all your tags, and filter out unwanted spam or videos of no interest. No need to search thru countless pages on youtube. You can just scroll up or down on the utility window. Click on the video which will open the link in a tab. You can mark videos as read / viewed and the utility will only search youtube for videos you have not viewed. There is more to this utility but I don't know any more than what I mentioned.
All I seem to find are download utilities and I have searched many sites.
