Does anyone know if top case 661-13160 is from the 2018 or 2019 13” Pro?

My right arrow and space bar were sticking on my 2018 Touch Bar 13” Pro, so they replaced the top case with 661-13160.

Does anyone know if it’s the same defective part as the 2018 Pro, or if it’s the more reliable keyboard from the 2019?
