Does anyone know the official pre order time?

Does anyone know when pre orders actually go live? Have saw that they go live in the UK at 08:01am in another thread on MR, but cannot see any proof or time for pre orders on Apple's site.

12AM Pacific Time. 3AM Eastern Time. I'm sure you can work out the EU times from there.

Apple is on PST time in America. So it stands to reason that pre orders will go active at 12:01 am on Sept 12th or another words tonight for me at 12:01 am. I can't wait. I am ordering 2 iPhone 6 pluses.
