does anyone know what Costco's return policy on Apple TV(with ethernet)?

Serious question, not trolling: wouldn’t it be better to check with Costco than ask strangers on a free message board?
Costco used to be very nice... but these days, company policies are not followed the same way at different warehouses. bought an electric toothbrush set... it worked for just 44 months and would no longer charger(either a bad toothbrush or a bad charger, not sure which) when I took it back to the warehouse, the manager said "electronics" could NOT be returned after 90 days. When I mentioned that Costco's own "electronics" return policy did not mention electric toothbrushes, he changed his mind and said that toothbrush were never allowed to be returned for health reasons. I asked him to show me where on Costco's website or in-store return policy mentioning that, he couldn't. Strangely, he gave me a $15 Costco Cash Card as a goodwill gesture for not allowing the return. I drove 20 minutes to the other Costco in town. They processed the return in less than 30 seconds without saying a word.
