i got squaretrade cause they're more reasonable and the deductabe is only $50

Squaretrade is the best if you ARE buying a 3rd party... be advised though that their work voids warranty, they do attempt to fix before they replace, and they can take several weeks.

Apple will give you a new phone, within a couple minutes at a store, for $199... to me the extra $50 is worth the instant phone, as I rely on mine A LOT and have no backup phone.
