For some reason this image right above the "end call" button keeps popping up. I've never seen it before, and the only real change was upgrading winterboard, other than that I haven't done anything new with any of my themes:

Looks like your theme has glitched, it sort of looks like the slide to unlock from the lockscreen. Or it's a messed up wallpaper try changing it.

In call....Just had the same thing, Odd I think it's more likely a carrier issue.

How do you revert to the previous winterboard?

So after taking two minutes to disabled certain themes, turns out it was a theme called "Matte Graphite" at the very bottom being the culprit. I guess because looking at the contents it doesn't appear to be optimized for Retina, I guess upgrading Winterboard with it jumbled up the images.
