Does anyone know when the 6+ "official factory unlocked" go for sale?

I don't understand why Apple won't release everything at once, including the official factory unlocked.

Looking at my 2013 calendar, the official factory unlocked 5S went on sale the Friday of Thanksgiving. I was wondering if it'll be same this year for the 6 Plus.

The tmobile version will be available like last year on Apple.com. We have to wait and see what each individual carrier store does.
