Does anyone know where the mouse preferences *file* is in High Sierra?

Having some major problems with wireless mice (magic mouse 1, 2 and Logitech) and trying to trash this file, but apparently it no longer exists? Or I can't find it: the internet tells me a location for Sierra, but its not there.

I found it in ~/Library/Preferences/ on High Sierra. Is that where you're looking?

Yes. I've looked everywhere and searched for that file. I can't see it anywhere.
