Does anyone make an Encyclopedia Britannica for the iPod touch?

My grandpa's old Palm Pilot is getting old in the tooth and I told him an iPod touch might be just the thing to replace it. One thing he likes a lot is an encyclopedia to look things up in, without having to access the internet. Does such a thing exist?

I've got the offline version of wikipedia on my touch, absolutely fantastic!

Still a little unstable but its worth the effort getting it on.
