Does anyone use an app called heart analyzer?

Hi all. I upgraded from the Ultra 2 to 3 yesterday and need help with an app called heart analyzer. previously there was a toggle in settings to get rid of the little symbols inside the complications. does anyone know where the setting is? I can’t find it. thanks.

Crisis averted. The option has been moved to the Watch app.

I use that app.

I have Recent Heart Rate as one of my complications. When upgrading from a Series 8 to Series 11, that complication would not load, leaving a big blank space in the middle of my watch face.

Going through the watch face settings, I saw several categories for its complications listed twice. Picking the other entry for Recent Heart Rate got it working again.
