Does anyone use the bumper with no skin ?

Just wondering does anyone use the apple bumper with no skin or shield ? If so how well has the phone held up ?

I've been using my iPhone for a month with a Impactband bumper and got few scratches in the coating of the screen, and as well a small dent in the back after a drop but luckily I had a carbon fiber cover on, otherwise it would have shattered the back cover.

I have the Apple bumper with no screen protector, has no scratches on the screen but I keep my keys and phone separate. The back has a carbon fibre back on, imagine that would be the same if it had no cover on it too.
