Someone please try this, it's most visible in the mount hood environment (and haleakala), it's not visible everywhere. If you keep your eyes fixed on the sky, and turn your head left and right (slowly/normal speed) I see very subtle vertical lines, almost like varying levels of brightness or something. Does anyone else see this? Pic attached is rough representation of what l see when turning my head left/right and keeping my eyes fixed on one spot in the sky. It's very subtle, but definitely noticeable.

In a different thread, someone mentioned that when moving around with their eyes they could see the boundary between the foveated rendering and the more blurry peripheral area (the foveated area probably lagging behind their eye movement). Is it maybe this boundary that you are seeing?
