Hi all

I ordered Apple Care online along with my Mac Pro and Display earlier this week. Both have already arrived, but I just realized I didn't see Apple Care anywhere. Everything ships to our company mailroom, so I will look for it -- but first I wanted to make sure, when you buy Apple Care online, do they actually even send you anything -- a box? A small packet?

Just wondering what to look for

thanks!

It used to, I remember my mate buying a box and then leaving it on a train!

I think I only got a letter with my AppleCare info, not a box. But I am not sure. I ordered it a year ago.

I just remembered. I was in a reseller last week and they had little iLife sized boxes for AppleCare stuff on the shelves.

i recently ordered applecare with a new system and i received a separate shipment with a small applecare box with a few papers inside, one which specifies how to enroll online and a cd containing techtool

In adding to what the above post states, last month a friend who bought on line from the store per my advice called and was informed that a letter would come later and that Apple registered the serial # as covered before shipment. The letter came this past Monday with all the info as promised.
