Does anyone know if Apple Care will cover the speakers of the speakers are blown out in the Studio Display?

Also are they super strict about it? i.e. I Just want it replaced 2-3 years later even if it sounds "OK" ?

If the speakers are similar to what in the 24" iMac , they don't produce high enough audio amplitude to be damaged. Also that they are quite replaceable. :)

How can they possibly be replaceable when they are built into the monitor?

Also how lenient is Apple with Apple Care when it comes to other things?

If I wanted a speaker replaced for no reason, do you think they will allow it?

The same way the speaker that's built in to any device. You take it apart with a lot of skill and replace the part.

Umm my guess would be no because why would they replace something for no reason. Of course you should try and let us know ?

If you play music at a volume level that is high enough to "blow out" speakers, then you had best NOT be using the Studio Display's internal speakers.

Instead get a pair of powered EXTERNAL speakers, which will sound much better and deliver higher volume levels...
