Hi guys,

Likely getting Apple wired keyboard tomorrow, does anyone know if they charge recycling fees on accessories?

Apple doesn't charge recycling fees, because Apple doesn't take your old equipment.

Err...

http://www.apple.com/recycling/

In any case, you won't be charged a fee... the keyboards don't qualify for the recycling program anyways. They might not even take it.
The fine print of Apple's Recycling Program reads,
Apple will accept for recycling computers, monitors, and peripherals — such as printers, mice, keyboards, scanners, and so on — from any manufacturer, except products contaminated or suspected of being contaminated with chemicals, biological agents, or other substances that are not integral to the original new equipment or otherwise associated with normal office or household environments.
However, it does also state that it only applies when you
Purchase any qualifying Apple computer or monitor

Read the details here: Apple Recycling Program

I think you gents are missing the OP's point. His question has nothing to do with what Apple will accept for recycling, he is asking if they charge a recycling fee on keyboards.

If you buy a new iPad from Apple in California, for example, you get charged a $6.00 recycling fee. In CA anyway, keyboards are not subject to the fee.
