Does Apple have an exchange program for the MacBook Air?

If I upgrade when each new generation is released, and get something in the same price range, would I be better off trading in my old device, or selling it and using the cash towards a replacement?

Shame they don't do this in the same way they do with the iPhone 1 Up programme.

Lots of threads around here on this. Typically, the advice seems to be that you'll get more money by selling it than trading it in, but that can be more of a hassle. (Although note that some have had poor experiences with trade-ins.)
