I currently use a Microsoft Modern Mobile Mouse while traveling with just my iPhone. I’d rather use a Magic Mouse - assuming it has smoother scrolling and gestures. I can’t find anything about it working on an iPhone though.

Does it work?

How is a mouse easier to use with your hand than just using your hand?

Easier to use with spreadsheets. I prefer to use a mouse and keyboard with it at a desk anyway. Helps with my carpal tunnel instead of actually holding the phone.

Your comment doesn’t answer my original question anyway.

just helping you out. The Magic Mouse does not work with the iPhone and assistive touch. Literally almost ANY other Bluetooth mouse will and I think the magic trackpad, but not apples mouse. 🤔

Thanks, I ended up switching to the Magic Trackpad. Works great with the iPhone! Zooming and scrolling works as expected, along with a setting for tap to click and right clicking.

Just wish it had a few more gestures from the iPad like fast app switching and getting to the home screen.
