Does Apple Mail have ability to paste boiler plate text?

Does Apple Mail have ability to paste boiler plate text? In MS Office Windows I used to setup many boiler plate texts that I would access through keyboard shortcuts, such as Control H for "Please don't hesitate to contact me."

Can Mail do a similar thing?
