I'm getting my iPhone swapped tomorrow, and my SIM is cut to fit into the tray. Will this cause any problems?

Does Apple really care if you cut your MicroSim?

If it's just your SIM that is modified, they shouldn't care. As long as it's not software unlocked or jailbroken, they won't care.
I just don't understand why you have a cut SIM unless the phone is factory unlocked.
I used my father's upgrade to get one, and had to cut my AT&T SIM to make it fit.

No, you can activate it when you get home.
They just give you a replacement with the connect to itunes screen and you can put in your sim and plug into itunes later.
They won't care, just make sure you don't mess the sim card up when you cut it! I tried cutting some old ones to practice but still couldn't do it properly so just got a Microsim from the network for free.
