Does Apple Recycle Laptops?

I hear about this thing where if you take in a old PC, Apple'll recycle it for free if you buy a new Mac. I'm wondering if they'll recycle a laptop? Or is this strictly desktops only?

Looks like they will take anything as long as you buy a monitor, desktop, or lappy... it also says only in the US, so being that your from Mars i dont think they will take yours...
