So the cable i got with my iphone is already starting to come apart, do apple have like warrantys on the accessories that come with the phone too? the the cables and headphones?

The shorter answer is yes, as long as it's normal wear and tear and within the warranty period.

I've had them successfully swap a few cables that had their casings pop off or burn.

Thanks, Mr. Pink. Forgot to add the "yes" part at the beginning of my response.

The charging cable has to be one of the most poorly designed and constructed "part" of the iPhone. All of my cables usually fall apart by the 6 month time point.

Wirelessly posted (iPhone 4: Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 5_0 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/534.46 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1 Mobile/9A334 Safari/7534.48.3)

I've traded in headphones many times now. Always seems that one ear will stop working!
