I have an old Magic Keyboard i'm using with my new MBP, but its pretty much got not lettering visible left. Its also the smaller one, and i'd prefer the number pad on it. Was looking at the new Magic KB with space grey and number pad... but goddamn $150 CDn... Come on now. Do they make refurbed accessories? Might need a new mouse soon too. Every time i look, nothing.

They have a section for them in the refurb store but I’ve never seen any for sale any time I’ve looked. Bought the keyboard I wanted from eBay.

That is wireless. Just get a wired with usb a to c adapter.

I actually have one of those. I'd prefer it, as i hate changing batteries, but this wireless one is just so handy for my new set up. I'm in no rush for a new one... it'd just be nice to have actual letters on my keypad... you know...one's i can see... I can always plug in my wired one if it gets a bit too blind...

What about the keyboard builtin to the macbook pro? That does not work?

I just want a separate one for the desktop. Bigger/easier to use, less wear and tear on this ridiculously expensive machine, etc.
