Hello,

my mom has AppleCare on her iPhone XS. The cable is frayed - would this be covered under applecare?
Do you know if they would deliver the cable or if she would have to go to a store for replacement?

one thing to note her AppleCare is carried over monthly now (after having it for two years).

would be great to hear insights! Thanks!

Doubtful, as the fraying will likely be deemed normal wear.

You can order some good cables on Amazon and have them shipped to her. Mothers Day is coming you know! ;)

One word/brand Anker. You or your mum won’t regret having one.
