Does Apple's tampering with Liquid Glass in Beta 3 make the app icons on the Home Screen ugly?

I don't mind it, but it has lost that "charm" of real Liquid Glass. I hope they'll fix it in future releases.

I’ve no way to compare but they look the same to me, perhaps a more frosted glass appearance, can’t really tell. Certainly not much of a change if any.
