Hi I am trying to buy my first condenser mic and pre-amp combo for a macbook. My total budget is around $300 and the at 3035 got great reviews, so I figured I should go with that. I am just wondering if it is compatible with the micport pro in terms of phantom power and everything because I was going to order both so I could hook it up to my computer, but I don't want it to be incompatible when it arrives. I think they should work b/c the micport pro has phantom power but could anyone let me know for sure? Thanks.

Yes, no problem, the Audio Technica 3035 mic would work well with the MicPort Pro. Pretty much any mic would for that matter.

You could also ask us directly by sending an email to info [at] centrance [dot] com or via our forum.
