Does Atmos in H1 work for 3ed party apps in tvOS15?

Is Atmos in H1 chipped headphones working for 3ed party Apps in tvOS 15? Especially Disney Plus. Or is it AppleTV+ only?
 
....and the answer is YES. Getting Disney Plus Atmos (and AppleTV+) WITH head tracking. Damn, just watched Hamilton 2 weeks ago. Just sampled and it is like a NEW experience. Will have to rewatch soon.
