Does bestbuy sell unlocked Iphone 4s?

I am planning to buy a contract free Iphone 4S(At&T) and was wondering if best buy is selling the unlocked version if i am buying it contract free??

I have a 200$ best buy gc i would like to use for this purchase.

The only way to get an unlocked iPhone 4S at the moment is to go to the Apple store and buy an AT&T iPhone at full price without giving any of your AT&T account info. It's hit or miss whether you'll be able to do this; some will let you, some won't.

Apple store near my place is selling contract free phones, i think they might be unlocked.

oh well i guess i will have to use my 200$ gc from best buy on something else.

This way I think in the future, If you go to buy an AT&T prepaid number, they will lock it and refuse to unlock. I will wait to buy from apple at November for safety.
