Does Calendars 5 allow for sharing calendars with others?

Hi all
Currently we use the native calendar app in our iphones. We like being able to set up special calendars that we can share with each other (ie "sports" for practices and game schedules etc). Does Calendars 5 do the same?

Also, if Calendars 5 allows me to set up a calendar and invite someone to share, can it be an individual that is still using the native calendar app?
