I am using a medium-sized TV as a monitor with my Mac Mini. In Mac OS versions up to and including High Sierra, the display settings had an "underscan" feature whereby the screen could be shrunk just a tiny bit. With many TVs (including the one I use) the picture is just a tiny bit too big when used with a computer, causing elements of the GUI on the edges to be cut off. When I installed Mojave on my Mac, I discovered that this VERY useful feature had been totally removed, for no good reason that I can think of. I tried all sorts of "hacks" to bring it back, to no avail. I ended up being forced to go back to High Sierra. My simple question is: Does Catalina have this feature, or is it still gone?
