Hey Guys, I have a imac running OSX on an ext SSD and im using the Imacs internal drive for storage.. Im looking to use Carbon Copy Cloner to back up my INT & EXT files.. Doesnt seem to let me choose 2 drives to back up.. Am I missing something.. thanks in advance!

Yes, of course it does.
CCC can back up just about ANY drive to any other drive.

BUT...
You have to treat each backup "as its own backup".

That means...
You backup your internal drive first (to an external -- or a partition on an external).

Then...
You "start over" and backup your EXTERNAL drive to your other external backup (or again, to a partition on a large backup drive).

There's really not much to this.
I've been doing it for many years.
All sorts of drives cloned to all sorts of OTHER drives (and partitions).
