Does Disabling Mobile Substrate Apps Through SBSettings Same as Uninstall?

I'm trying to run a couple of test's with my battery and how long it has been lasting.

Does anybody know if disabling apps that use Mobile Substrate through SBSettings have the same exact effect as uninstalling it?

It just turns them off. If you disable EVERYTHING in mobile substrate, its like having a clean new jailbroken phone.

Thanks for the info. That's what I was assuming it does but wasn't quite sure if it left even a little trace of the app while disabled. Off to run some tests
