does fring cost me money if i am using it through wifi?

cause i just downloaded it and used it a couple times .. so is it free and just have to pay for data or do i have to buy minutes

If I remember, fring is free in terms of calling other fring users.

If you're calling an actual phone (cell phone or landline) then you'd need to have a Skype or some other VOIP account (which costs money).
