Does gold have better resale value?

I feel like the novelty of gold iPhones has run its course, but I swear they're always listed at a little higher $ than black or silver on Craigslist and eBay

The gold 5s, yes. i don't expect the trend to continue. As you mentioned, the novelty has worn off. Now, I think it'll be the 6+ in general in high demand.

I didn't know they went for more. The way apple products hold their value I don't see it changing.

The gold 5S does sell for a little more. It will probably be the same with the 6 and 6+

Meh, I still really like the way the black looks (space grey).

Something about having the black bezel and black screen meshing together... looks way better than having a black screen surrounded by white bezel around it.
