Does Helpwire support unattended access on macOS?

Hi! I’m helping my parents remotely with their Mac and it’s tricky to walk them through accepting a remote session every time. I’m looking for a way to set up unattended access so I can connect whenever they need help without bothering them. Does HelpWire support this on macOS and if so, how do I set it up?

HelpWire supports unattended access on macOS. Just start a regular session, request unattended access (they only need to approve it once), and after that, you’ll be able to connect anytime without needing their OK each time.
