Does iLife 09 use serial numbers to enable?

Does iLife 09 need serial numbers to enable or any other kind of security feature? Something that would prevent me from selling it later? Would a buyer have to register the same serial? Stuff like that.


I need to buy iLife 09 now but will eventually get a new MacBook Pro whenever it is refreshed. Since that will most likely come with iLife bundled I don't want to end up with two copies.
