Does iMac 21 Late 2013 support 4K monitor?

I'm using iMac 2013 Late 2013.
Does my iMac support 4K resolution monitor?
I'm thinking this monitor.

Should be available this/next month. Tighter dot pitch( pixels per inch ). Should be a great system not ready for 4k monitor.
