Hi all, just as the title states, does iMessage sometimes 'delay' messages for you guys as well?
I'm on AT&T with the latest iOS and carrier settings running the 7+ and sometimes I get messages in batches and I get them well over 10 minutes later.
For instance, I'll text two different people on AT&T using iPhone 6's, and for one person I can see the typing bubbles immediately (indicating they read it immediately and began typing a response), and oddly enough I will not get their message until 15 minutes later. I don't have to be doing anything on the phone either, it just randomly shows up 15 minutes later.
As for batches, I notice that sometimes I will get a wave of 2-3 responses at the same exact time, almost as if iMessage functioned like e-mail app and refreshed and retrieved all the messages at once.
Another thing I have noticed is, even though I get the message 15 minutes or so later, if I shut the application down and re-open, the time stamp indicates that they responded a minute after.
