Does Inkwell still exist?

Back in Jaguar, Apple introduced Inkwell, a handwriting recognition engine built into the OS for use with graphics tablets. Just curious if anyone uses it, if it's still included in macOS? Seems like it'd go hand in hand with the Pencil.
