does iOS 5 support exchange 2003?

employer is looking at dumping blackberry for android or iphone. question is does the iOS 5 beta support exchange 2003 since that is what we are on? haven't been able to find anything about this.

I am on Exchange 2003 for work and using iOS5 beta without any problems.
