Does ios 7 allow us to control text colors?

Like, can we choose the colors of our iMessages or texts or the bubbles they are typed in? I hope that apple would allow us this simple customization by now.

Here's a question; my experience with Android is limited, do they allow for these types of customization out of the box or is that something you need to root still?

The yellow for links in Notes is hard to read. It really needs to be a different color like red or blue. Or even a dark grey. But yellow is not a pleasant color to read text with.

If I remember right in order to change system fonts you had to root your device.
