Does iPad 2's screen use the same technology as in the iPhone 4?

I know that the resolution is the same, but a big problem that I've had with iPad 1's screen is glare. The new technology in the retina display on the iPhone 4 laminates the screen to the top layer of glass to reduce glare. Does anybody know if the iPad 2 does the same? I watched the keynote and Steve never mentions the screen. If it does, that's a big selling point for me.
